How it Works

Tadalafil is an effective treatment for ED. 15 trials that assessed the use of tadalafil in men with various comorbidities were conducted to determine the mean per-patient percentage of successful intercourse attempts. Based on data collected, tadalafil was reported as having a success rate of 69% (range, 50%–85%) versus 33% for placebo (range, 23%–52%).1
Tadalafil is less affected by meals then sildenafil and other PDE5 inhibitors.
