About the Presenter

Dr. Justin Houman, is a urologist and fellowship-trained Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery specialist, who focuses on men’s health, including male hormone management, sexual and ejaculatory dysfunction, male fertility, male incontinence, and Peyronie’s disease. As a minimally-invasive microscopic surgeon, he specializes in microsurgical varicocelectomies, vasectomy reversals, sperm retrievals, penile implants, Peyronie’s disease, and male incontinence. Dr. Houman’s practice is centered on enhancing men’s quality of life through hormone management, improving sexual function, and achieving reproductive goals.

In his academic pursuits, Dr. Houman has published multiple manuscripts on Men’s Health, male fertility, and the health effects of wearable technology. Dr. Houman’s studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association and the Journal of Sexual Medicine. He has also presented his research at the national and international levels.

Dr. Houman was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He completed a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in Biomedical Research at the University of California at Los Angeles. He then went on to earn his medical doctorate degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery internship and Urology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Houman continued his training at UCLA Medical Center, having completed a fellowship in the highly specialized field of Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Houman is a member of the American Urological Association, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, International Society of Sexual Medicine, and Los Angeles Urologic Society. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
