Tirzepatide is a synthetic glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that improves glycemic control and aids in weight management.
Tirzepatide helps to modulate Insulin release from the pancreas transferring sugar from the blood into organs where it can be processed into energy for the body to use.
Cyanocobalamin is an injectable form of vitamin B12 used for the treatment of B12 deficiency since the early 1950s. Cyanocobalamin plays an important role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism and is highly efficacious in the treatment of megaloblastic anemias, as well as micro-nutrient deficiency related to a decrease in nutrients absorbed from the typical diet.
Cyanocobalamin replenishes micronutrient deficiencies that arise from less nutritional intake, and an increased loss in micronutrients.
