Non-prescription products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Products must be returned within 30-days from order date. Shipping charges won’t be refunded unless the merchandise arrived defective or damaged.
Prescription medications cannot be returned. If you received a damaged package or there is a discrepancy in your order, please call a Patient Service Coordinator at menMD immediately at (857) 233-5837 so we can remedy the situation.
