Cons

- Oral medication, easy to take
- Non-Invasive
- Timing less important than with Sildenafil
- Timing is not necessary with daily dosing

- Stays in the body longer if you’re experiencing side effects
Sildenafil

Pros
- Oral tablet, easy to take

- Works for majority of men with ED
- Relatively inexpensive
Cons
- Needs to be taken at least 30-60 minutes before intercourse, so timing is critical
- Cannot be taken with nitrates or if you have advanced cardiovascular disease
